My lil girl

Sooooooooooo… my lil girl just turned 7.  I can’t believe how old she’s getting.  She went from being my little baby girl to becoming my big girl.  She does math, is writing words and working on spelling and she reads.  She loves trying to do it all on her own and hates when I try to help her lol.  She had a party with daddy’s family and then had one with my family and our friends.  She was so excited about everything she got.  It was great.  She really really loves her jammies that she got and she’s been wearing them to bed everyday since she got them.  Very cute.  She likes that they’re like mommies, the gown jammies.  She’s also excited about all her other things and can’t wait to use them or wear them.  She’s to funny.  I really can’t believe how old she is and how much she’s growing up.  It’s crazy and I hope for my own sake that I can keep a hold of myself as she continues to grow up lol..

Party Time

Well it took me a while but I managed to pull off a surprise party for my husband.. He was actually truely surprised.. It was great.. My husband’s birthday isn’t till December but since we are expecting a baby around then and our daughter’s birthday is in november I figured October was the best time to do it.. It worked out because one of my gf’s and her husband were to celebrate their five year wedding anniversary.. So we had her “send” an invitation to celebrate with them for their five year anniversary… My other gf picked up the birthday cake for me.. .. thank you and when we walked in he was very surprised and I was very happy to finally be able to do such a thing for him .. Thank you guys so much for your help even though only one of you reads this lol.. I wish I had gotten a picture of his surprised face and didn’t think to have someone do it duh… but I’ll remember the look for a long time… he had a great time and was very happy that our friends and family could come and celbrate with us….so I’ll finish my rambling and put up a few pictures I did take…

Figured I should throw in an update :)

I figured I should throw up an update.. So I’ve gotten some medical bills squared away and also straightened out the school lunch issues..wahoo .. The medical bills were taken care of on the payflex.. I hate that they have to bill it later but whatever they’re paid and  now Bella goes back to paying for lunches lol.. not that that’s fun but I figured I filled out the form wrong which I did.. duh me lol ah well it’s all good now and that’s what matters… Thinking Bella’s sickness is viral so there’s nothing that can be done, but we are also having them come in and take care of our bathroom finally… I mentioned it about a month ago but now it’s time they get in there… I think that it could be causing Bella’s illness as well but we’ll find out one way or the other… other than that things are starting to get busy again.. beginning of the school year and all especially with Bella in karate and soccer… However, there will be no soccer next year.. she really isn’t interested in it at all .. which is fine she loves playing softball so that’s good .. maybe try her in basketball maybe not… we’ll see… 11 more weeks to go which will be great when it’s over..I’d love to walk up the stairs without getting winded lol… all though carrying to babies up probably won’t help lol.. ah well… and lil mr. stinky is getting fitted for his AFO shoes on Tuesday and then they’ll have them in about a week after that … I’m so very excited about that .. I can’t wait for him to start bearing weight on his legs and walking ..he’s so ready to run lol

 I’m thankful for not having boobs thrown in my face all the time by offensive and indecent breastfeeding mothers like the ones below:

Now that’s just…There are no words to descripe how inappropriate that is. Something needs to be done!

Amazing

Amazing..I can’t believe my little munchkin man is almost a year old.. At the beginning after he was born I thought the time would drag on forever because of his endless Dr’s appts., but surprisingly the year has gone by very fast.. I’m very shocked… My girlfriend from works son was born the day before my son so that will be exciting.. we’ll be going to his party on saturday and then they’ll be at Timmy’s on sunday.. it’s just too funny.. I have to say that I am really happy with the progress he has made.. he does his best to not let his physical limitations limit him.. he strives to push beyond them so he can do what he wants to do  or go where he wants.. he can’t crawl but he sure knows how to scoot and does it pretty well..overall he’s done an amazing job and has progressed so far and I’m so proud of him… his big sister is such a helper too.. she’s always good to  help him with some of the small things he still can’t do and I’m very proud of her for being such a great big sister…

been a while

It’s been awhile.. I haven’t written in a long time.. not much exciting going on these days.. just been busy with the little ones and settling down from the holidays… so far my daughter has been enjoying her first year of school.. she loves kindergarden and she loves her teacher and friends.. I’m very happy that it’s a full day kindergarden which is rare in this area… today is a half day though so she’ll be home at 11:15 and the best part is that I don’t have to go far.. it makes it so much easier to get around when I have the both of them with me.. all though I really can’t wait for winter to be over as I’ve nearly killed myself repeatedly on the snow that keeps melting and freezing.. thank god we had a few days of warm weather so that it melted a lot of the ice right out of the way..

Maybe a TMI but funny none the less

So this article had me laughing for a few reasons, but the comments are great as well.. Now I haven’t read about all eleven issues but I will.. Anyway the humor of the article is I’ve experienced this odd phenomenon, however not from my husband being the offender..I have been the offender a few times.. I generally wake up after a certain point and realize what I’m doing.. Anyone who knows me knows I’m not like that.. My husband has had his fair share of sleep issues.. we actually have to sleep with a pillow between us to make sure he does not encroch on my sleeping area.. We went camping before we had our daughter so it would’ve been a little over 6 yrs. and while we were sleeping he punched me in the face and I woke up and screamed “What the fuck! You just punched me in the face.”  He didn’t do anything and I pushed him and he asked me “What?” and then I preceded to explain what he did.. he denied it but eventually realized I wasn’t joking..so since then we’ve always had a pillow.. I suppose this could be dangerous but we haven’t had a problem since them but in this article you can see how it can be dangerous.

And so it shall be done

So on Wednesday I finally got the nerve up to enter the black hole.  I have been teetering on the edge of entering the black hole for months now. Probably before my son was born which was nearly almost 7 mos. ago now, but it has finally been done. I cleaned my 6 year old daughters room.  As you can tell it has been deemed the black hole.  I cleaned out 4 bags of trash and toys. By trash I am refeering to her need to keep all of her drawings that she’s done on paper.  Most of the toys were McDonald toys or BK toys and the such but much of the toys were also toys that were missing pieces or badly destroyed pieces. If only I had a before picture lol. I can still get an after picture. The sad part is I was still on the floor when I started the second trash bag, then shortly after starting the second bag I was onto the first toy box. So her room is now ridiculously clean and we are going to keep it that way. That way I can go in and vaccum at least once a week in her room and be able to change the sheets without worrying about hommicidal toys.  Next up getting the desk out of my sons room and finally arranging his room.

Slacking

I have been totally slacking in the blog world.. We’ve been very busy lately but that has slowed down.. for now anyway..just a quick update.. we went apple picking last weekend and I will post a blog to that affect later and some pictures hopefully as well as pictures from my gf’s wedding from the weekend before.. The kids are well.. my baby girl is enjoying kindergarten and little man is doing well with physical therapy…

So I decided to enter my son into a contest for most Kissable baby and I’ll show you the picture in a moment… He is just too cute.. it took some editing the size of the picture though as the size was crazy.. but I digress and here is my little man..
